Yes, we are still hiring, but probably not for the reason you think. It’s not that we can’t find anyone. We have found many new associates to join our team and they are already off to doing big things! 

The reality is, we are just always going to be hiring. If you aren’t growing, what you are doing, right? That’s what we think anyway. We are getting ready to redo our part of our office building so that growth doesn’t stop!
