Requirements:

  • 2 years of logistics, inside sales experience.
  • Proven history of achieving sales quotas.

Compensation

  • Base salary of $40-$50k plus 40% commission (uncapped)

As a Sales Trainer, you will work closely with our sales and executive team. This full-time position will be responsible for creating and delivering training to our Sales Team, including new hire and continuing education. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of impactful sales skills and can motivate sales professionals of all levels of tenure. This role will help increase the overall performance of our teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals. You will also be tasked with assisting in recruiting and onboarding.

  • Assist with coordinating support staff as team grows business volume
  • Engage in weekly meetings for experienced Sales Executives to work through any obstacles
  • Track and communicate market trends to your team as well as the executive team
  • Ability to influence and lead the development of a growing sales force

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in logistics/transportation industry
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships effectively and professionally
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sense of urgency with ability to work through an ever-changing environment
  • Results-oriented focus
  • College degree preferred
  • Flexibility to be on call at all times
  • 2-3 professional references

This is an incredible opportunity for a sharp, ambitious sales professional. As an LTL Sales Manager, you will work closely with our sales and executive team. You will be assigned to lead a team of account executives and will be responsible for driving revenue, margin, and strong system implementation for your own accounts and your team’s accounts.

  • Drive LTL revenue through coaching and development of all current and future team members
  • Assist team members with account strategies to increase revenue
  • Improve sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Hold team members accountable for daily, weekly and monthly goals
  • Assist with coordinating support staff as team grows business volume
  • Develop, run and monitor sales reports
  • Track and communicate market trends to your team as well as the executive team
  • Time to travel to meet with customers and prospects- 10%
  • Assist with resolving escalated issues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of LTL sales management experience, preferably in logistics/transportation industry
  • Proven history of achieving sales quotas
  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate others

As a Sales Administrator for PGT, you will help brokers and logistics coordinators with their daily administrative tasks. You will have a critical role in managing daily tasks quickly and efficiently.

  • Previous administration experience preferred
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
