Natasha joined Premier Global Transportation (PGT) in June 2022 as a Logistics Administrator, bringing with her more than 20 years of administrative experience. Throughout her career, she had earned opportunities to step into leadership roles, but as life often does, her journey took several unexpected turns along the way.

Through it all, Natasha never lost her drive or determination to succeed. She knew she wanted more than just a job—she wanted to find a company where she could continue learning, growing, and challenging herself while being recognized for her capabilities and potential.

She found that opportunity at PGT.

Just two years after joining the company, Natasha was promoted to Director of Administration—an accomplishment that reflects not only her experience, but also her dedication, work ethic, and willingness to continually take on new challenges.

Since joining PGT, Natasha has experienced tremendous professional and financial growth, and she is incredibly appreciative of the opportunities and trust that have been placed in her. More importantly, she believes this is only the beginning.

Natasha shares:

We’re excited to welcome Alex to team PGT as a Sales Account Manager!

Alex is from the east side of Cincinnati and earned his MBA from Thomas More University, where he studied political science and history. As he begins his career in logistics, he’s eager to learn the industry and take on new challenges.

Alex’s outlook on life was shaped by his experience with cancer at age 28. It gave him a lasting appreciation for each day, and he says life itself is what motivates him.

What has stood out to Alex at PGT is the company’s culture. He admires the positive attitude of the people around him and how they work hard while still having fun. His advice to someone thinking about joining the company is simple: be ready for a challenge and get involved as much as possible.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and two younger brothers. His family loves football, and he and his girlfriend have become avid bird watchers. Their three feeders attract around six hummingbirds a day!

Originally from San Jose, California, Sarbjit later moved to Ohio, where he has lived ever since. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active by running, playing basketball, and going to the gym. He is always looking for new challenges, enjoys learning new things, and believes in making the most of every opportunity.

Sarbjit takes pride in continuously improving himself, whether it’s his health, career, or mindset. His motivation comes from striving to become a better version of himself every day, and he values consistency and maintaining a positive attitude in everything he does.

Since joining PGT, Sarbjit has enjoyed how much he has learned in a short amount of time. He appreciates being part of a welcoming and supportive team that is always willing to answer questions, making the learning process both enjoyable and rewarding.

For anyone considering joining PGT, Sarbjit encourages them to come in with an open mind, ask questions, and embrace the learning process. He believes the team’s supportive environment makes it easy to grow and succeed.

Originally born in Chicago, Tiffany has called Ohio home since she was three years old. She brings 13 years of logistics industry experience and is a proud mom of four children. Her passion for personal growth, honesty, and building meaningful relationships makes her a wonderful addition to our team.

Tiffany is driven by continuous self-improvement. She believes there is always an opportunity to learn, grow, and become a better version of yourself than you were yesterday.

Tiffany appreciates PGT’s close-knit, family-oriented culture where everyone knows and supports one another. She also values the leadership team’s commitment to helping employees grow and succeed.

Since joining PGT, Tiffany has enjoyed being part of a company where everyone feels connected and genuinely supports one another. Ashely is a wife, proud mom of five, and fur mom to three dogs and one kitty. She grew up in Goshen, Ohio, served in the U.S. Army as a carpenter, and later earned her associate’s degree in business from Cincinnati State.

A lifelong athlete, Ashely currently plays women’s professional football as a starting Monster Linebacker and earned All-Pro All-American Second Team honors during the 2026 season. She also coaches youth basketball in Goshen and owns a small interior and exterior painting business, believing painting is one of the best forms of therapy—second only to tackling people on the football field!

Mental health advocacy is especially important to Ashely. Having experienced her own challenges, she’s passionate about supporting young people through kindness, compassion, and encouragement. Above all, she’s most proud of being a mom and strives to always be there for her children.

Although she’s only been at PGT for a short time, Ashely is already enjoying the daily challenges and opportunities to learn. Her advice for anyone considering joining the team? “Go for it—but bring a notebook and be ready to take lots of notes!”

Ashely has vitiligo and proudly embraces it. She loves her spots and wouldn’t change them.
