Meet Oscar!
We’re excited to introduce our newest team member, Oscar, who brings a strong work ethic, competitive mindset, and a passion for growth.
Originally from Toluca, Mexico, Oscar has been involved in the logistics industry since 2020. Family is a big part of his life, and outside of work he enjoys spending time with his three brothers, one sister, his boxer Chepa, and his cat Rambo.
Oscar takes pride in hard work and constantly pushing himself to improve. Motivated by personal development and learning new things, he believes there is something valuable to learn from everyone you meet. That mindset continues to drive his personal and professional growth.
When asked what he enjoys most about working at PGT, Oscar highlighted the supportive and competitive environment, sharing that being surrounded by a motivated team makes it easy to continue growing and challenging yourself every day.
His advice to anyone considering joining the team: “Opportunities like this are hard to come by – take a chance while the opportunity is there.”

Meet Zach!
Meet our newest team member, Zach!
He has joined our sales team as a National Account Executive.
Zach grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, and spent about 10 years in Syracuse, New York after his dad relocated for work. After attending Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, he’s been working in the industry for just over a year. He recently got married in Rome, Italy, and enjoys life with his wife and their two cats, Astrid and Hazel.
Hard work has always been a core value for him, something his dad emphasized growing up. He thrives on competition and always aims to push himself to improve.
What he enjoys most about PGT is the opportunity to grow and be part of a company that’s constantly moving forward. He’d tell anyone considering joining to be ready for a challenging but rewarding experience.
Fun fact: he once climbed the tallest point in Central America in completely the wrong outfit—proof that sometimes determination (and a little lack of planning) goes a long way.

Hi, I’m from Cincinnati and a proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where I earned my bachelor’s degree. I have about a year of experience in logistics outside of PGT. At home, my husband Daryl and I stay busy with our two daughters—one is 1 year old and the other is 7 months old—so life is always full of energy!
What motivates you?
My family is my biggest motivation. They inspire me every day to work hard and keep growing.
What do you enjoy about working at PGT?
I really enjoy the fast-paced environment—it keeps you engaged and makes every day different. I also appreciate the variety of responsibilities, which allows me to continue learning and developing new skills.
What would you say to someone considering joining our team?
PGT is a great place to start or grow your career. Everything here is a team effort, and your coworkers genuinely want to see you succeed.
Fun fact:
I love to travel! I’ve been to nine different countries, including a mission trip to Colombia, and I’ve driven across the U.S. three times.

👋 I’m originally from San Diego, California and graduated from the Gemological Institute of America in Carlsbad in 2008 as a Graduate Gemologist. I spent 12 years in the diamond and colored gemstone sales industry before transitioning into logistics, where I’ve now been for over 4 years.
Outside of work, my greatest motivation is my 14-year-old daughter, Maya—she’s my world and the reason behind everything I do.

I’ve been fortunate to live in some incredible places around the world, including the Cayman Islands, St. Thomas (USVI), Johannesburg (South Africa), Ketchikan (Alaska), San Francisco, Washington, DC, and now Ohio, where I’ve lived since 2014.

Jack grew up in Fort Mitchell, KY and recently made his way back to the Northern Kentucky area after a year out west in Las Vegas. He even ran his own sports cards and memorabilia business right from home for the past three years 🏆📦.
When he’s not hustling in logistics, you’ll find Jack hanging out with his sidekick a German Shepherd/Black Lab mix named Cash 🐾 (yes, he’s basically family).
Jack describes himself as an independent, hardworking individual who thrives in competition and embraces the hustle that logistics brings. What drew him to PGT? The people, the family feel, and a culture that supports success without micromanaging. 💪

From planning the smartest routes to keeping our drivers supported and our customers informed, Tracker is always one step ahead.
With his signature blue kicks and built-in GPS pulse, he’s constantly on the move, helping us make sure no load is left behind and every mile counts.

✈️ Team Spotlight: Bryan Richards 🏍️
Say hello to Bryan Richards, one of the newest members of the PGT team! Born and raised in Xenia, OH, Bryan comes to us from the Dayton area with years of experience in the logistics industry—working across various 3PLs and leading final mile teams since 2018. He’s currently finishing up his degree in Aviation and expects to wrap it up early next year!
🏡 Bryan married his wife Erin in October 2023, and they share their home with a very good 5-year-old golden retriever named Benson.
💬 When it comes to values, Bryan lives by integrity, kindness, and the power of paying it forward. “Be the person you want to see in this world and do all you can to make it a better place,” he says—and he brings that energy to everything he does.
👥 What does Bryan enjoy most about PGT? “The people. Everyone is genuinely nice, helpful, and wants to see you grow. We have fun, we laugh, and we get the job done.”
🚀 His advice to anyone thinking about joining the PGT family?

With a decade of industry experience, Travis brings a passion for helping others succeed both professionally and personally. At home, he enjoys life with his wife Amber, two dogs (Ditto and Hudson), and their cat Lily.
What drives Travis every day is seeing hard work translate into real results. That’s a big part of why he values being part of the PGT family. The supportive culture and limitless growth opportunities make it a truly unique place to build a career.

🏈 Outside of work, Travis coaches a women’s professional tackle football team and two middle school football teams. Mentoring others both on and off the field is a core passion.
