Meet Jordan!

 👋 Meet Jordan! 👋

👋 I’m originally from San Diego, California and graduated from the Gemological Institute of America in Carlsbad in 2008 as a Graduate Gemologist. I spent 12 years in the diamond and colored gemstone sales industry before transitioning into logistics, where I’ve now been for over 4 years.

Outside of work, my greatest motivation is my 14-year-old daughter, Maya—she’s my world and the reason behind everything I do.

Values
I pride myself on being honest, transparent, and dependable. Integrity and following through on my word are the cornerstones of how I work and live.

🚛 Why PGT?
What I enjoy most about working at PGT is the autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to grow my book of business to the standards I set for myself.

💡 Advice to New Team Members
If you put in the work, the rewards will follow—it’s all about effort and consistency.

🌍 Something Interesting
I’ve been fortunate to live in some incredible places around the world, including the Cayman Islands, St. Thomas (USVI), Johannesburg (South Africa), Ketchikan (Alaska), San Francisco, Washington, DC, and now Ohio, where I’ve lived since 2014.

Meet Jack!

 👋 Meet Jack! 👋

Please join us in giving a warm Premier Global Transportation welcome to our newest team member, Jack Schrage!

Jack grew up in Fort Mitchell, KY and recently made his way back to the Northern Kentucky area after a year out west in Las Vegas. He even ran his own sports cards and memorabilia business right from home for the past three years 🏆📦.

When he’s not hustling in logistics, you’ll find Jack hanging out with his sidekick a German Shepherd/Black Lab mix named Cash 🐾 (yes, he’s basically family).

Jack describes himself as an independent, hardworking individual who thrives in competition and embraces the hustle that logistics brings. What drew him to PGT? The people, the family feel, and a culture that supports success without micromanaging. 💪

We’re excited to have Jack on board and can’t wait to see the impact he’ll make!

Meet Evan

Michigan to Texas to Ohio

Our newest team member is Evan! He joins our sales team with years of experience and is ready to hit the ground running!

Evan was born and raised in Flint, Michigan by his mom. She had nine siblings and the entire family would visit his grandparents every Sunday after church. My dad lived in Cincinnati is whole life. He was an OTR driver for as long as he can remember, so he’s been familiar with the industry most of his life! Evan has an older brother, Aaron, who became a father-figure to him. Aaron is one of his biggest inspirations, both personally and professionally. After my freshman year of high school, my mom was transferred to Dallas for work, so I went with her.

In Dallas, Evan joined the high school hockey team. “Making new friends and experiencing different cultures was a fascinating experience,” he shared. The problem came when they realized the school systems in Michigan and Dallas didn’t align and he would have ended up taking a fifth year of high school just to get to required credits. Evan decided to move to Cincinnati with his dad to finish out high school.

He has been in logistics for seven years and is ready to build on that. Evan has goals to succeed in his current role and to grow professionally with PGT. He values loyalty, dedication, discipline, hard work and self-awareness. “I focus on those things daily and take a lot of pride in that,” Evan explained. “I believe these have been instilled in me from a young age and things I lean on as an adult to excel both personally and professionally.”

Evan is motivated by growth and development, his family, and his health. He focuses on setting SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound) and enjoying the journey.

In his time at PGT he has experienced multiple things that solidified his decision to join our team. “There is fantastic leadership and an energy level that is contagious. Everyone at PGT has a desire for growth that is hard to come by. To top it off, we are working with the latest technologies and an operating system that allows the team to work efficiently and fluidly!”

Fun fact: Evan received a “Certificate of Recognition” from the Austin Texas Police Department for chasing and tackling a man that beat up a police officer. The entire precinct showed up and offered him a job on the spot!

Welcome to the team, Evan! We know the journey will end in success!

Meet Jesse

Girl Dad

We recently added a new Sales Administrator to our team and thought it was only fitting to introduce him! Jesse has joined the PGT team to help Team Garn reach new heights!

Jesse is a thirty-three year old dad to his twelve year old daughter Adalynn. Like most girl dads, she is the center of his world and means everything to him. He also has a two year old husky named Juno.

After ten years in the logistics and warehousing business, Jesse decided to switch gears within the industry to the brokerage side of things. He wanted a change of scenery and something with additional growth potential.

“I truly believe in doing the right thing, even when no one is looking,” Jesse shared. It’s important to him to set a good example for his daughter. His motivation is his entire family, who he credits for the man he is today.

In his time at PGT, he has come to really enjoy the comradery between the entire team. “Everyone seems to be on the same page and working together to achieve the same goals!”

We look forward to your growth, Jesse! Welcome to the team.
