Originally from San Jose, California, Sarbjit later moved to Ohio, where he has lived ever since. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active by running, playing basketball, and going to the gym. He is always looking for new challenges, enjoys learning new things, and believes in making the most of every opportunity.

Sarbjit takes pride in continuously improving himself, whether it’s his health, career, or mindset. His motivation comes from striving to become a better version of himself every day, and he values consistency and maintaining a positive attitude in everything he does.

Since joining PGT, Sarbjit has enjoyed how much he has learned in a short amount of time. He appreciates being part of a welcoming and supportive team that is always willing to answer questions, making the learning process both enjoyable and rewarding.

We’re excited to welcome Tiffany to the PGT team!

Originally born in Chicago, Tiffany has called Ohio home since she was three years old. She brings 13 years of logistics industry experience and is a proud mom of four children. Her passion for personal growth, honesty, and building meaningful relationships makes her a wonderful addition to our team.

Tiffany is driven by continuous self-improvement. She believes there is always an opportunity to learn, grow, and become a better version of yourself than you were yesterday.

Tiffany appreciates PGT’s close-knit, family-oriented culture where everyone knows and supports one another. She also values the leadership team’s commitment to helping employees grow and succeed.

Since joining PGT, Tiffany has enjoyed being part of a company where everyone feels connected and genuinely supports one another. Tiffany believes the team at PGT is always willing to encourage, support and help you build the confidence you need to succeed. No one is expected to do it alone.

Ashely is a wife, proud mom of five, and fur mom to three dogs and one kitty. She grew up in Goshen, Ohio, served in the U.S. Army as a carpenter, and later earned her associate’s degree in business from Cincinnati State.

A lifelong athlete, Ashely currently plays women’s professional football as a starting Monster Linebacker and earned All-Pro All-American Second Team honors during the 2026 season. She also coaches youth basketball in Goshen and owns a small interior and exterior painting business, believing painting is one of the best forms of therapy—second only to tackling people on the football field!

Mental health advocacy is especially important to Ashely. Having experienced her own challenges, she’s passionate about supporting young people through kindness, compassion, and encouragement. Above all, she’s most proud of being a mom and strives to always be there for her children.

Although she’s only been at PGT for a short time, Ashely is already enjoying the daily challenges and opportunities to learn. Her advice for anyone considering joining the team? “Go for it—but bring a notebook and be ready to take lots of notes!”

Fun Fact:

Ashely has vitiligo and proudly embraces it. She loves her spots and wouldn’t change them.
